By accessing the website or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted these General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use.

Article 1 – Purpose

These terms set out the rights and obligations of OZALO and its customers in connection with the online sale of products offered on the website https://www.ozalo.fr/.

Article 2 – Products

The products offered for sale are described and presented as accurately as possible. However, OZALO cannot be held liable for any errors or omissions they may contain.

Product photographs are not contractually binding.

Article 3 – Prices

The prices of our products are shown in euros, all taxes included.
OZALO reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but products are invoiced at the rate in force when the order is confirmed.

Article 4 – Orders

The customer undertakes to provide accurate and complete information when ordering. OZALO reserves the right to refuse any order in the event of an existing dispute with the customer, non-payment or suspected fraud.

Any order confirmed on the website constitutes irrevocable acceptance, which may only be called into question in the cases provided for by law (right of withdrawal, out of stock, etc.).

Article 5 – Payment

Purchases are paid for using the methods offered on the website (credit/debit card, PayPal, etc.).
Payments are secured by the system provided by Shopify Payments.

Article 6 – Delivery

Products are shipped to the delivery address provided when ordering.
Delivery times are given as an indication only and may vary depending on the carrier and the destination country.

In the event of a shipping delay, an email will be sent to the customer to inform them. OZALO cannot be held liable for delays attributable to the carrier.

Article 7 – Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code (Code de la consommation), the customer has 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to give any reason.
Products must be returned complete and in their original condition (original packaging, accessories, instructions).

⚠️ Exceptions (Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code) :

For hygiene and health protection reasons, the right of withdrawal does not apply to boxers, underwear and any similar intimate products, when the original packaging (not just the marketing packaging) has been opened or unsealed.
Products personalized or made to the customer's specifications.

Return costs are borne by the customer, except in the event of a picking error or a defective product.

Article 8 – Legal warranties

All products benefit from the legal warranties provided for in Articles L.217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code (legal guarantee of conformity) and Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code (Code civil) (guarantee against hidden defects).

If a product is non-conforming or defective, the customer must contact OZALO by email at support@ozalo.fr.

⚠️ Exception: for hygiene and health protection reasons, boxers, underwear and similar intimate products cannot be returned or exchanged if the original packaging has been opened or unsealed.

Article 9 – Liability

OZALO cannot be held liable for indirect damage related to the use of the website or the purchase of its products.
In any event, OZALO's liability is limited to the amount of the order placed by the customer.

Article 10 – Personal data

The data collected when ordering is necessary for processing the order and for the business relationship. It is processed in accordance with the GDPR.

Article 11 – Intellectual property

All elements of the website https://www.ozalo.fr/ (texts, images, graphics, logo, etc.) are protected by intellectual property law.
Any reproduction, exploitation or distribution without authorization is prohibited.

Article 12 – Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, and unless otherwise required by mandatory legal provisions, jurisdiction is granted to the competent courts of Paris.
