FAQ
Will it fit my seatpost?
The rails are carbon. Check that your seatpost clamp accepts carbon rails (most recent seatposts do) and tighten to the torque given by the seatpost manufacturer, using a torque wrench. Not sure? Send a photo of your seatpost to support@ozalo.fr.
Is 140 mm the right width for me?
The right width depends on your sit-bone spacing and your position. A 140 mm saddle generally suits riders in a sporty, leaned-forward position with narrow to medium sit-bone spacing. If you ride more upright or have wider hips, the R-3D 150 mm will suit you better. And with the 60-day trial, you can check on the road.
How is it different from the R-3D 150 mm?
Both have 3D-printed padding and a center cutout. The R-3D Pro adds a carbon shell and rails in a narrower, performance-oriented 140 mm shape. The R-3D 150 mm is wider and more versatile.
Is there an adjustment period?
There's no break-in like with a leather saddle. If you're coming from a heavily padded saddle, allow 2–3 rides for your body to settle into the new contact points.
