Bike stolen? Don't panic.
If your bike is stolen while it was properly secured with your Ozalo™ lock, you are eligible for a replacement.
✅ Eligibility conditions
To benefit from this guarantee, you must:

File a theft report with the relevant authorities and provide a copy of the report.

Send clear photos of the Ozalo™ lock broken or forced open , in place, at the time of the theft.

Make sure the lock was used in accordance with the instructions : attached to the frame + a fixed object, correctly installed.

Not have shown apparent negligence: any incorrect use or failure to secure the bike may void the guarantee.
ℹ️ Guarantee limitations
The guarantee is excluded in the event of:

misuse or non-compliant installation of the lock,
-
no theft report or photographic evidence,
-
signs of fraud or an abusive claim.
Ozalo reserves the right to refuse any claim that does not meet these conditions.
