Replacement guarantee of the Ozalo™ Powerlock anti-theft device in case of theft
Your bike is stolen? Don't panic.
If your bike is stolen while it was properly secured with your lock Ozalo™ , you are eligible for a replacement.
✅ Validity conditions
To benefit from this warranty, you must:

File a theft report to the competent authorities and provide a copy of the report.

Submit clear photos of the Ozalo lock™ broken or forced , in situ, at the time of the theft.

You ensure that the lock has been used in accordance with the instructions : attached to the frame + to a fixed object, properly mounted.

Not having shown apparent negligence: any incorrect use or security omission may void the warranty.
ℹ️ Warranty limits
The warranty is excluded in case of:

of misuse or non-compliant installation of the lock,
-
of absence of theft report or photographic evidence,
-
of appearance of fraud or abusive attempt.
Ozalo reserves the right to refuse any request that does not comply with these conditions.
