Shipping and Delivery

 

We process your order for shipping within 24-48 hours after payment approval.

As we ship worldwide directly from our manufacturers and suppliers, please allow 7 to 9 business days for your order to arrive. You will be informed of your tracking number once the item is shipped, via email (please check your spam).

The total delivery time of the order is divided into two aspects:
Processing/shipping time: order verification, quality control, and packaging.

All orders are shipped within 48 hours of the order.

Delivery time: this mainly refers to the time required to ship items from our warehouse/manufacturer to their destination. It takes about 7 to 9 business days, depending on customs, location, weather, and holidays.

Even though 95% of our packages are delivered within 7 - 9 business days, delivery may take up to 2 to 3 weeks in case of force majeure (time of year, exceptional events, stock shortages (given the popularity of our products), epidemics, weather conditions,...)

Shipping costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and destination of the order. Rates are displayed at the time of payment.

Order tracking: A tracking number will be provided for each order as soon as it is shipped. You will be able to track your package in real time.

Shipping address:   Make sure to provide a complete and accurate shipping address to avoid any delays or delivery issues.
